Nolia G. Batey

Nolia G. Batey is the firm's founding member. She represents the firm's clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky. The rest of Batey's practice primarily focuses on business services and personal injury.
Batey has extensive experience representing individuals hurt in car and motorcycle accidents, those injured in wrecks with semis or tractor trailers and motorcycle accidents. Batey represents only plaintiffs in personal injury cases and does not represent insurance companies.
During law school Batey worked as a legal and compliance intern for Churchill Downs, Inc. in Louisville, KY. She also worked as a legal extern for the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Small Business/Self-Employed Division.
Batey earned her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and received her B.A. in Political Science from Western Kentucky University.
She is involved in a number of community organizations and is the Secretary for the Kentucky Bar Association's Animal Law Section.
